Di tale lessico si privilegiano fitonimi e zoonimi per il loro rimando pregnante al contesto materiale. Il metodo comparativo seleziona tra essi trenta nomi, poiché più frequenti in termini di parentela linguistica: sia imparentati con semitico nordoccidentale e meridionale, sia privi di parentela. Dei trenta nomi il metodo strutturale evidenzia le relazioni di significato, che il metodo isolatorio precisa poi tramite le fonti lessicografiche arabe. I trenta zoonimi e fitonimi coranici così investigati tracciano un contesto materiale non desertico in modo coerente e circostanziato. Due to their material relevance, the focus is placed on the zoonyms and phytonyms of this lexicon. The comparative method selects among them thirty nouns which are frequent in terms of genetic relationship: zoonyms and phytonyms with cognates in North-West and South Semitic and with no Semitic cognates. The structural method highlights the semantic connections among these nouns, and the philological method better defines them by investigating Arabic lexicography. These thirty zoonyms and phytonyms reveal in a coherent and detailed manner a non-desert material context.
