Obiettivo del convegno è stato quello di evidenziare il ruolo crescente dei repository digitali nei progetti che favoriscono l'interazione tra il mondo accademico e la società, ad es. attraverso attività di Public Engagement e iniziative di Citizen Science.

Here are collected the materials from the PHAIDRAcon'25 conference “Connecting Scholar and Citizen: The Emerging Social and Cultural Role of the Repository” held in Padua on October 31, 2025 in the Botanical Garden auditorium. The aim of the conference was to highlight the growing role of digital repositories in projects that promote interaction between academia and society, e.g. through Public Engagement activities and Citizen Science initiatives.
